University Policy Library


The process by which policies have been catalogued, adopted, revised, and communicated at the university has been amended under the Policy Delegation Program approved by the Rutgers Board of Governors on June 9, 2005. 

The University Policy Library is a compilation of regulations and policies approved by the university’s Board of Governors, the Board of Trustees, and executive officers.  The Library includes board policies and certain academic, administrative, financial, operational, and business policies and procedures.  For ease of future reference, a regulation, policy, or procedure contained in this library will be referred to as a policy.

New or revised policies will be announced via universitywide email notifications and posted to the University Policy Library web site.  If you have questions or comments on policies, please contact the Office of the Secretary of the University at secretary@oldqueens.rutgers.edu or 732-932-7434. 

To confirm the present status of a particular policy, please consult the Responsible Office named in the policy or the office listed above.  All policies are subject to amendment.
